GIFART is a photo booth and GIF box service based in Tbilisi, Georgia. This policy covers the gifart.ge website, the event galleries on it, and the photos and GIFs our booths take at events.

• Event photos and GIFs taken by our booths when guests choose to use them.
• Contact details you send us when you ask about a booking, such as your name, phone number, email address and event details.
• Usage data collected by Google Analytics for Firebase when you browse gifart.ge, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

We use event photos and GIFs to deliver them to guests and organizers through the event gallery on gifart.ge. We use contact details only to answer your request and organize your event. We use usage data to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal data.

Photos and GIFs are stored with our cloud storage provider and served from there to the gallery. Event galleries are visible on gifart.ge; organizers can ask us to protect a gallery with an event password or to remove it. We share data with service providers only as needed to run the website and galleries.

To have a photo, GIF or whole gallery removed, or to ask what data we hold about you, email gifart.ge@gmail.com with the event name and a description of the photo. We will reply within a reasonable time and remove content we are asked to remove.
